   Outstanding time management utility for Win95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP, featuring the ability to set the system clock via Internet NTP using SNTP, Time TCP or Time UDP. It can also set the system clock via modem to the atomic clock (at NIST). It features a digital clock, calendar, stopwatch, dual count-down timers, an on-line timer, a 24-city world time zone window, and a 200-event program scheduler and alarm/reminder system. Its built-in scheduling options include automatic setting of the system clock, refreshing the Active Desktop, establishing or terminating Internet connections, system shut-down and system reboot at any predetermined time.
