Plus one has the option of using Microsoft SQL Server for your maintenance database.

FastMaint CMMS Web is the web browser based version of FastMaint CMMS that can be hosted on its built-in web server OR on Microsoft's Internet Information Server. It too has the option of using Microsoft SQL Server for your maintenance database.
